Cream Poached Eggs with Miso Butter Toast

YUMMY. Cream is THE way to poach eggs (if you're not on a diet). And, the MISO BUTTER TOAST is the perfect umami match to make this a truly delicious meal whether for breakfast, dinner or any time. The cream is so forgiving and it does not overpower the eggs. It simply adds just the right amount of richness. The miso butter toast is next level. Get miso paste at your local Asian grocery store and keep it in the freezer. Use it on almost anything you want to add some salt and umami flavoring to. Instant Ramen is a perfect example of a food that goes from boring to bold with some miso paste added. In fact, we're about to create a video on how to easily elevate instant ramen with just a few ingredients.
